I phoned a local dealer to find out how much they would sell the same model, year, millage etc and they quoted what i seen as a reasonable price. but thanks anyway for your help. Usually, the conversation would end there but it didn't. I was subsequently given a good valuation and some practical advice - Would have definitely have done business with them if they hadn't advised me not too. Hi Pete,

Hi Richard, im sorry that the valuation was a long way off that was obviously an error. We are constantly updating our system to include current and new extras that many bikes have.

Greg phoned me back at 3pm and made me an offer which was very fair considering I needed a quick sale. Picked up the bike at 6pm and the money was in my bank account at 6-01 pm. These guys move fast and are fair when it comes to values. I'll miss my Rocket but I can always get a new one when the time is right. 10 out of 10 for service. I live in Surrey (Cheam) and the site has no South West London locations on it. The sofware stated it was unable to provide a valuation for my particular bike. I found this really surprising considering my bike is one of the most popular 125 models on the road. Very poor service I'm sorry to say. Sorry about that Taqu, we are optimising our system and surprised that you couldnt find your bike, will work on it so that in future people can get a better motorbike valuation from our bike valuation service.

My motorcycle is a may 08 apillia tuono 1000 factoy, gold wheeled model. It has only 126miles on it. The site will not let me enter the correct details. Hi Gary,

The valuations are currently in the process of being updated so that all variants of bikes are met. We hope we can be of assistance in the future.

Obviously an online motorcycle valuation service cannot take into account a variable such as an engine rebuild and paint job.

Only I was very disappointed with the quote you gave me for my bike, it was easily a grand under. exceptions made for part ex of course because you need a profit margin, but 800 quid for a CBR 600 F X with 15kmiles, come on! Maybe I'll come back for the Duc when I've sold privately and got cash.................. The online service can only give you a guide paul, i have sent an e-mail asking for more info on your Honda and i am sure i can give you a more realistic price! you can  allso allways give me a call on the landline for help,

Buying the bike was easy with no pressure, when i found a minor fault on the bike, the after service was great and sellbike sorted it. I'd recommed them to anyone and will be using them again
